EDC Auto Detail

("we," "us," "our"). By booking a service with us, you ("client," "customer," or "you") agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Services Offered


We provide professional mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washes, interior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and related services.


We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or if the vehicle is outside the scope of our services.


2. Appointments and Scheduling


Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. Arrival Time: We will make every effort to arrive on time. If delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible. Access: Please ensure we have clear access to the vehicle and a safe work environment at the time of your appointment.


3. Payment Terms


Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following: cash, debit, credit card, e-transfer. Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition, size, or special service requests. Any adjustments will be discussed before starting work.


4. Cancellation and Rescheduling


Please provide at least 24-48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee, e.g., $25]. No-shows may result in refusal of future service without prepayment.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee


We strive for 100% satisfaction.


If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will work with you to address the concern.


6. Liability


We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to dents, scratches, broken parts, or paint issues.It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any sensitive or non-functioning parts before service begins.We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical failures that may occur during or after detailing (e.g., alarms, battery drain).


7. Weather Conditions


As a mobile service, weather can affect our ability to perform services.


If weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge.


8. Personal Items


Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from your vehicle before service.


We are

not responsible

for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.


9. Use of Photos


With your permission, we may take

before and after photos

of your vehicle for marketing purposes (website, social media, etc.).


We will never publicly post your license plate or personal information.


10. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.


The latest version will always be available upon request or posted publicly.

Yes EDC Detail offers detailing for Boats and RV's. We work on any automobile.
